Website Privacy Notice
This page describes how the MudirAI website currently handles information users may provide through public forms and account interfaces.
Introduction
This Website Privacy Notice explains the current privacy posture of the MudirAI marketing website. It is a transparent foundation for website visitors and is not a claim that legal counsel has approved a final policy.
Information you may provide
You may choose to provide information through public website forms and account-entry interfaces, including:
- Contact form details such as name, email, company, phone, category, and message.
- Book Demo request details such as name, email, company, and related business context.
- Login, registration, and password-recovery fields shown on account interfaces (email and password fields for UX only today).
How information is intended to be used
When backend services are connected in the future, information submitted through these forms is intended to help MudirAI understand requests, respond to inquiries, and prepare demos. Until those services are connected, validated form input stays in the browser session for UX feedback only.
Current form and service status
The Contact and Book Demo forms validate input on the frontend. Online submission is not connected yet, so no request is transmitted to a MudirAI backend from these forms today. Login, registration, and password recovery are presentation surfaces only — they do not authenticate users, create accounts, or send credentials.
Technical and automatically generated information
Like most websites, standard web hosting and delivery layers may process technical request information (such as IP address, user agent, and request timing) as part of serving pages. This project does not implement a custom analytics or profiling layer on top of that delivery.
Third-party services
The current public website does not integrate payment processors, authentication providers, CRM submission backends, or marketing pixels as part of this codebase. Future third-party services will be described here when they are actually connected.
Data security
We aim to design MudirAI systems with careful handling of information. At the website layer today, account and request forms do not persist submitted credentials or request payloads to a MudirAI database because submission services are not connected yet.
Data retention
Because online form submission and authentication persistence are not connected yet, this notice does not invent retention durations for submitted marketing or account data. Retention details will be published when storage services are actually in use.

Changes to this notice
We may update this Website Privacy Notice as the website and related services evolve. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
Notice status
This is a draft website privacy notice foundation for the MudirAI marketing site (August 2026). It is not a finalized legal policy and does not claim GDPR, CCPA, or other regulatory certification.
